Compass Concierge helps eligible sellers finance approved work before listing, from painting and staging to landscaping and cosmetic renovations. Erin helps decide which improvements may be worthwhile, plan the preparation, and bring the home to market. The homeowner arranges the work with vendors; financing is subject to approval and repayment under the loan agreement.

How it works

  1. 01 / PlanErin and the seller choose potential improvements and set an estimated budget.
  2. 02 / PrepareOnce financing is approved, the seller engages vendors and the home is prepared for market.
  3. 03 / SellThe property is listed. Repayment is due according to the loan agreement, which may be before a sale.
